About the Panel

You are invited to join our online panel event to explore the latest developments within the Covid-19 Public Inquiry preliminary hearings and the key issues that must be included in the investigation.

The independent public has been set up to examine the UK’s response to and impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, and learn lessons for the future.

SOARING prices, collapsing living standards, war in Ukraine, the death of the Queen and yet another Political Leadership race have drowned out nearly all coverage of the UK Covid-19 Public Inquiry which began on 4th October 2022.

With the world seemingly moving from one crisis to the next, it's important that the response to Covid-19 does not get swept under the carpet without proper scrutiny.

However, will the Public Inquiry offer a proper and thorough examination of all the evidence, or will it simply conclude that we should have locked down earlier, harder and longer?

Whilst response to COVID-19 without a doubt created one of the single largest global challenges in modern history, a substantial body of evidence shows that lockdowns and other interventions not only failed to influence the course of the pandemic but may have both prolonged it and created a trail of devastating long-term collateral damage that far exceeds the harm caused by the virus.

The long-established rulebook for managing pandemics was thrown out to tackle COVID-19, and now is the time to review the evidence and ask why

Join our expert panel on Wednesday 16th November via Zoom to explore the latest developments within the Covid-19 Public Inquiry.
